It’s been 5 months since DQ and they say it takes about 8 months to get IL so I have to wait 3 more months, and I hope it’s true…

@aneesa khan the visa for you is not current according to the visa bulletin, so you will likely be waiting for a while. right now visas are available only for people with PD Sept 22 or before.

my PD is Feb 2023 and I-130 is not approved yet, but since the visa is not available, getting DQ'd is not as important.
