Sal SalFeb 10, 2022
@done not done, you have ur combo card right? beside that’s not fair 4 years. which country are you from? this guys are just crazy. you need to sue
done, not doneFeb 10, 2022
I had 3 combo cards, but now I am just waiting on the renewal of the last one. it has been 13 months and counting.
Sal SalFeb 10, 2022

done, not doneFeb 10, 2022
I think background check is just an excuse.
Shruthi SFeb 10, 2022
dumb question may be but what is ROW?
done, not doneFeb 10, 2022
Rest of the world. meaning not India or China
Shruthi SFeb 10, 2022
ah thanks done, not done!
Chirag ChavdaFeb 10, 2022
4 yrs without adjudication...sorry I might be harsh but this does not sound like USCIS problem but more like applicant/petition problem..
done, not doneFeb 10, 2022
oh yeah, it is my problem not theirs
Shruthi SFeb 10, 2022
have you tried case out of normal processing e-request? https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayONPTForm.do?sroPageType=onpt&entryPoint=init
done, not doneFeb 10, 2022
yes, outside of normal processing times, senator, congress, ombudsman, Emma, phone, second tier officer. talking to lawyers to see if I find one affordable for a mandamus.
Joshua WynnFeb 10, 2022
I did all of the requests you mentioned above including the mandamus.
And the outcome is KEEP WAITING! :-(
done, not doneFeb 10, 2022
when did you send the mandamus? they have 60 days to reply. the only reason I did not do it yet is because I will have to spend money and my head keeps telling me one more month and it will be resolved. till August 2021 I was not really happy, but I had the EAD so it was ok. but now it is so not ok and I can't stop thinking about it.

funny to see people defending the USCIS, if the applicant was the problem the had deny or send a RFE, not keep the case for ever.
Chirag ChavdaFeb 11, 2022
not defending or blaming anyone..just pointing out that if the overwhelming majority is adjudicated within 4 years, your case maybe an outlier..USCIS sees all kinds of fraud including family members marrying each other for immigration benefits...not saying you did anything wrong but something in your file may have raised a huge red flag..
