just want to wait hun must of the approval u see is for person who live in America already

I meet here 2 couple they already approved Noa1 January 29th they are living here not in America.. with visa K1 you can't apply if you are living in America ,just the petitioner could.

I pray u get through soon, I’m waiting to be approved as well for spousal at the same service center plus I am in Jamaica so Ik it’s frustrating

Same here waiting for approval since Jan 19,2021...nothing already sent inquiry & waited on phone for over an hour....nothing😠This is Rediculous!

800-375-5283 - USCIS Lockboxsupport@uscis.dhs.gov send emails, call, keep bothering them. I had to do it to get my NOA1. Send another inquiry when it completes 30 days of the first inquiry sent. Let them know that someone is worried about this case

I just did it.. and received an automatic message saying that you will not receive a response beyond this reply if your inquiry is not related to a form received at the lockbox, has been forwarded to a USCIS center for future processing.. hope that helps 🙏
