Anyone else in same boat? my field office is Newark, NJ and didn't get Medical RFE yet
Can i send my medical reports i693 without RFE to USCIS because as per EMMA my interview is waived.
any idea how much time it will take to approve i485?

dont do it if they didt ask for it, wait for medical rfe. because you need to include that rfe in the package when sending the medical

also last year i got a courtesy notice to say that I haven’t included my i693 in the package not to send at this time unless they request it or if u get a interview notice bring it, it might slow down your case. you probably got that same notice too

wait until they ask for it! hopefully soon; they sent me an email requesting mine on march 27. My field office in Newark too
