maybe it’s somebody else’s n400 that got added to his timeline. Maybe his parents, or siblings or somebody else’s.

For asylum seekers, it is 4 years with a green card because it arrives with a one-year stay date.

@parveen sandhu etf is this mess??? your i-730 is NOT approved yet,which is the most IMPORTANT part. you are NOT Eligible for i-132 unless your i730 approved. you are NOT eligible for i485 unless your 730 is approved. and you are 100% not eligible to nutaralize . so far this is a mess and 3 out 4 cases will be denied if USCIS get their hands to it before 730… csn u explain?

I dint apply I don’t know how it comes on my timeline I don’t know but I just submitted my medical on feb 25 then no update till today

@parveen sandhu I-730 takes 14 months according to USCIS so you’re a couple months away. I-131 RTD also takes 14 months, so you’re about 2.5 months away. I-485 takes 15.5 months, but there are rumors of possible Green Card pause by Trump admin. But that’s just rumors and a few people posted they got green cards. That’s that so let’s see how things go for us!
