I have been waiting since June 2022 too . I have done everything, including congressman and nothing so I filed for a writ of mandamus a month ago

Seems like all the cases at the national benefits center take forever It’s been Over two years since I filed contacted the congressman they emailed them on my behalf and still nothing has been done seems like the most recent cases sent to them are being approved before ours
