@summerlover 07 same here. sept 2020 My lawyer says wait only. But I saw couple days ago on this same app someone who successfully filed writ of mandamus.

may 2021 just got an update for 2 RFE…still waiting to get it

@summerlover 07 @sam thomas They could have make a couple thousands with the mandamus. let’s say there may be a good reason if they don’t want to do it. The wait is just hard specially when this is the only country we want to be and stay.

December 2019 case approved in 2022 April no any update tried everything, nothing work accept patience. fingers crossed for all of who replied already to this post
