I made service request 4 times!!! the answers were generic like “your case is pending background check”, “some cases need supervisory, criminal, etc. check”, “we are experiencing a high load of cases”! even tried service request through senator and they gave same generic answer! I kept requesting every 90 days bc it was the only thing I could do! i am not sure if it helped at all!

@Artur D how long did they take to answer ?

the last one was in August and I got the response in November. Right now I am waiting for congressman response.
