I did twice but no response, actually 2 months left to be outside the normal processing date. But all of my friends submitted even 3 months after me got approval.

it's just the procedure they telling us we are going to get results in 30 days but reallity is max 7 days I talked to lawyer this situation so many times . for me it's going to be 7 days Monday (today) I'll let you know probably I will get reply today morning 11 30 am

Unfortunately guys SR not working my i 485 form receipt date is October 3 2018 and they making bullshit they still says it's processing. It is a standard email, half the time they wouldn't of even looked at your case and it's a way to shut you up, on your end there is nothing you can do but wait. The person sending the email still gets paid and goes home so why should they care

I agreed my I485 Dec 28, 2018 and LC March ,2018 ... case in Texas and same kind of reply copy paste. my co worker getting GC without interview and new cases 😭

2019 2020 2021 everyone almost get approved without interview and without EAD ... even they didn't start working with employer

they forcing us to make mandamus to get decision

@tirrek hiko what was the last three letters in your SR number? And I was thinking to visit a family, since I got AP already. Do you think it is risky to left US before your GC got approved, u said it has been 5 years since u visited family?

My PD Out/2019 interview done Sept/2020 they reply my SR: The response: Our records show that your Form 1-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status is currently pending adjudication. We regret that we are unable to provide you with a completion date at this time. We apologize for the delay. 🙄

lots of people 2018 row fillers waiting for approval including me and Majid Yousuf but unfortunately they given all time negative answer to our Sr outside processing time request

Call USCIS and ask I need to speak with tier 2 officers regarding my case which falls outside normal processing and they will schedule an appointment to give you a call back…I am hoping tier-2 officer will give more detail info than SR

We cant transfer to tier 2, USCIS has had to perform additional reviews on the case causing the delay. Once the reviews are done and a decision is made they will send a notice. If they need anything before then they will notify you.

@Ga Geb please check your USCIS online account and go all the way down .. you will see officer assign and maybe task completed but u won't get reply. so talk to Emma love chat they will read the read if you don't get email.
