Anybody has frozen status for I-485
My PD is Nov 22 (row)
No update on my case since it was received in 2022.
My I-140 was approved and I’m current since 2024.
I did fingerprinting in 2023 for I-131 and I was told by Live Agent that they have my fingerprinting on file.
I did concurrent filing for I-485, I-140, I-131
Recently, I asked congressman for assistance but I’m still waiting.
Does anyone have a similar situation with no progress?

@No Hope for CRP I don’t have any update on CRP. The only status I have is the one I shared. No update since Nov 2022

mine is August 20, 2022. I had interview last year December 19.

@Bob Zeiger same issue here with PD Oct 20, 2022. No updates since March 2023 on my I-485, just showing finger prints. Eventhough recived RFE in Dec 2023 and submitted its response on Feb 2024. Still the USCIS not updated that RFE sending and receiving status. Now, requested SR for that RFE on April 29, 2024 and the USCIS responded on May 8th, 2024 that they are reviewing my application and will inform me after decision. But, still there is no updates on my Application online. 😞

@Bob Zeiger I submitted online request to congress representative last Wednesday. But, only got the confirmation email at that time. No any response from Congress representative still

But, the strange thing is that USCIS don’t want to look on any Oct 2022 applications. I don’t know what is the reason behind that. Every week only in my MSC239031XXXX block just 18-24 cases approved. But, MSC2490XXxxxx more than 45 cases approved every week. Like these applicants are from Dec 2022. I am also happy for them but they need to look on our applications too which are just on hold since more than 6 months.

update on my process: After asking for help from my congressman, I received a notice that my I-485 is transferred from Texas center to another office.

@Charlie SC nothing yet. I created a service request to USCIS on Oct 1 and got a response that they have a delay of ~6 months (not related to my case). So, I filed an expedite request and submitted with my congressman 2 weeks ago. No updates yet

But I got a new AP without request this Oct. It says, that I applied on Nov 2022, it was approved on Oct 2023 and it was printed Oct 1, 2024 🤦♂️
