It’s truly random how they process these. I have seen many november and december 2020 niw i140 from TSC already approved

TSC is working all over the place.. Therr is an NIW approval (PD August 2021) took 67 days to be approved.. seems everything is random

It seems they work like 30-50% of cases from each month, and jump to next month.. the remaining applicants from previous months look very random selections
