thanks for your response. I submitted my documents electronically and it has been accepted. so why would they ask for same docs that has been accepted?

I am facing the same issue at the moment also, I submitted the three most recent W2/1099 and they accepted all three but I still got an rfe notification to submit 2020 W2/1099 so we called and they asked for the most recent W2 so I had to submit 2021, I still haven’t gotten a response yet coz it takes 3 months so my fingers are crossed..it’s frustrating but hope it goes straight to DQ

My advice at this point bro coz I believe you are Nigerian and so am I. Submit the documents you can get plus an explanation why you have submitted the documents because you know it takes 3 months to get a response for anything you decide to ask the nvc. Good luck bro

You’re right. That’s exactly what I did, I submitted 2020 and 2021 w2 forms and ytd pay stub with an explanation
