Any suggestion? or who are in same boat
My case is based on marriage with a US citizen, and it is being processed by the National Benefits Center (NBC). I first applied for I-130, and once it was approved, I applied for l-485. I have been living in the US for 14 years. They requested an RFE related to sponsorship, which I have already submitted. It has been 30 days since I submitted it, and when I checked with them, they said my interview was waived, but I didn't send my medical.
what does this mean ?

we have almost same PD (mine was 7 days earlier), i havent got approved for anything (not even EAD), my RFE was the same as yours (12 days ago) nothing changed, same FO, no medical also… all we can do is wait i guess 😭

my in same thing 18 days I sends RFE but they didn’t says they received it. so got to wait that’s all. good luck everyone 🤞
