Any September Approvals?
Hi everyone,
My Pd is 09/25/20 still CRP. Wanted to check if there is any 09/20 approvals. My case is at NBC. Renewed my EAD and AP on 2/29/24. EAD was approved quickly and AP was just approved yesterday after Congressman inquired about my I485 and I131. Regarding my I485 I just received a general answer that “case is current and will be worked in the order received”

@Aug 20 NBC as my case hasn’t moved from there. has yours been assigned to a local office?

Similar to my case, my AP was approved last week, and AOS approved this week. My case was in CRP. EB3

mine is September 25,2020 as well. for some reasons when I called USCIS and they told me my case is not current

@GC approve05/27 . weird in the reply to my congressman they did say my PD is current.

@GC approve05/27 . If you have the I140 approval notice just take a look at it. Your PD is mentioned there. If it’s wrong your lawyer should send a letter to USCIS asking them to fix this mistake. My PD is correct in the I140 notice.

the priorities date in my I140 is the same as the date that I filed my Lc. but for some reasons USCIS said that my cas is not current

@jc jc did you check with uscis that your case still in NBC? my pd is 09/2020 and I have just gotten the interview notice. I am nervous. are you working for your sponsor?

@green2023 g @green2023 g lucky you, if your case is current and you got the interview notice, i believe after the interview you might get the green card too. I heard many case that were in the same situtations like you. some got their result right away in the same day they had an interview. so good luck
