Not at TSC, but at Nebraska service center. RW PD April 2022. Became current in April, but nothing since then!

I am a RW at TSC. PD July 2021. I got RFE for medical and job offer letter. I sent both last week and still waiting decision.

@Neftalí Fé would you mind sharing a bit more RFE, especially Job Offer… I expect to be asked to submit a Medical while I did not submit it in 2022

@cc k When you applied based on EB-4 RW, you sent a job offer from your employer. That’s my case. I had a job offer and now uscis needed to assure if still have it.

@Christ S You should have no problem. Mme says that I only can work with my sponsor.
