Any reason why USCIS struck at April 2022 for date of Filing
EB1 India PD was current until Dec 2022 , many might have filled their applications concurrently.
if that true why USCIS struck at April 2022 for Date of filing , any reasons ?

Because of portings and ROW EB2 not being current people from ROW are filing EB1 which has reduced the spillover

as far as September to October change goes, it makes sense for it not have any progress because visas were exhausted and nothing was issued.

in the moth of june USCIS reported 10600(until October 2022) cases pending for eb1 india. There after there is no updates. i feel completing these pending 10k itself takes to 2026.
