I saw a lawyer and they asked me to refile but I cannot refile without getting the status of the current case filed. it's a alot of money.

ask assistance from your Congressman or Senator. it helped me a lot.

Sent 100s of inquiries to USCIS

Contacted congressman and that did not help. USCIS said case is within processing time.
