what service center and what country?

EAD approved and received card. RFE on 485 was for english translated birth certificate. Country - India. Center based on 765 approval, I think it is NBC.

@H P hello, I just got my EB1C i-140 approved Feb 14… I’ll subunit 485,765,131 this week, and based o my location, we need to send all of these to Dallas lockbox…. how long did it take you to get your receipt number for them ? my lawyer will submit all forms by mail

@Gabriel M Was your I140 in premium? how long it took for your I140 to approve? For me it was concurrent filing all together (140, 485, 765, 131) with 140 in premium. It took 11 days to receive receipt notices along with biometrics appointment (a month after filing i.e 30-Jan).

@H P 20 business days to approve! PD 01/17/2025 Approval 02/14/2025 I’ll send 485,765,131 Tuesday, after the holiday, and a lot of people saying it is taking up to 2 months to get 485 receipt

i485 filed November 8 with i140 approved premium processing. got EAD on january 28, i131 and i485 still pending….

@Daniel C. , after you sent your 485, how long did it take to get your receipt ? are you from Brazil?

when i submitted my I485 back in July 2024, receipts came within a week.

Receipts were with 2 weeks along with biometrics appointment letter. (concurrent filing). EAD approved in a week sfter biometrics submission. waiting for 485 after rfe response. it has been 45 days after filling the application.

I have received approval for I-131. Can I travel and be guaranteed reentry without any issues from the immigration officer? My I-140 has been pending for 201 days. Dc to Cairo

We field on Dec 30th 2024 concurrent same as you. Recipe notice for I485 was two weeks after. Biometrics done a month after. EAD was already received and I140 was approved the beginning of Feb. The status of I485 is still stuck that they are actively reviewing
