Any one still waiting for EAD for more than 10+ months at NBC

Have been waiting for more than 10+ months for EAD/AP to be approved (I 485 Adjustment of Status), gave my Biometrics at the Seattle field office on July 19,2021. No update since then, any idea how long is it taking after bio for work permit to approved.

@ katerina, I’m sorry, it’s frustrating when your case seems left behind. Not sure if helpful but for my EAD, I sent a service request (PD is Oct 5th 2020 and processing time was October 24th 2020) and 2 days later, my case was approved. It might not have anything to do with it but still, if you haven’t so far, you should send a request. I’ve sent two total so far and my case always moved a couple days later.

@nina thank you! I’ve already sent 1 expedition and 1 service request around a month and a 1,5 month ago…nothing is working

have sent 2 exepdite requests and one outside of normal processing case requests, no progress so far.

mine took 1.5 years. PD: 07/2019. Received EAD: 04/2021.

not yet, it seems USCIS has started a midway LIFO method for EADs, last in first out. There seems to be some kind of trapped valley fof EADs filed between August and October 2020
