how did you ask the agent? in what words so i can ask too

did it twice once through chatting with emma and once through a phone call my case is kindda different because i was in removal proceedings the immigration judge terminated my removal and told me follow up with uscis i have pending i485 with uscis for like one year so my lawyer told me to call uscis and schedule infopass so the local office request ur file to adjudicate it i called yesterday and they told me wait for a call from immigration officer to call u back to schedule infopass for u so am waiting and i hope if they are gonna be able to move my file to the local office

one month ago i had infopass appointment uscis local office at San Bernardino and I filled a form to request my aos file so they can adjudicate and the lady told me from 30 days to 60days ur gonna get ur geen card by mail and if they need something they are gonna send me rfe so it’s been 25 days now and still waiting

call uscis and ask for infopass appointment they are gonna ask u why u need appointment so if ur case requires appointment they are gonna call u back to schedule appointment for u
