its says corrospomdence recieved and uscis reviewing it, and inquire through congressman and they responde that its in background check until background check they can not give decision on it and i got prima facie one month ago

I am stuck in background check as well bro. I recommend file mamundus. I saw one guy got approval after 3 months. I am stuck in background check as well. I know it going to take forever. I am 31 months.

@Krish90, damn I did mines Feb 23rd 2021, I got Approved Dec 13th and my Card has been mailed out now on the update,….You have an attorney and do you try enquiring anythjng

@Krish90 I read somewhere you can let the USCIS know in a written form a Lawyer messed your case up and that might open a floor for fresh open case and disregard whatever you’ve sent in
