You should be getting a response this week. I submitted on June 16th and DQ'd on the 19th of this month.

Congratulations guys. I have been approved for i129 f since July 6 and they told me to wait 90 days to receive my case number from nvc. is that normal. how come you guys get your so fast? just trying to get some good news

did you check the nvc time frames?

I did , when I received my approval it says only two weeks to a month. I called Uscis and they say it can take up to 90 days . it’s been 51 days so far

I just checked and they're working on August 3 cases...so go to your email and search NVC it may be in spam or just not showing up. For some reason I always had to search it but my husband would get the email notifications and let me know to check.

I did and nothing yet. I thought it was not going to take this long.

Babacar as of August 22nd they're responding to Jun 23rd inquiries, so just give them like 2 weeks or so.

I received my case creation after 3 days. I got approved March 8th and received NVC case the 11th.

nope I did not. I had to make calls and the Uscis saying to give nvc 90 days . Now nvc saying they got my petition and no case number or anything. I see a lot of people receiving their welcome letter in less than a week and I am still waiting 51 days so far. I sent another inquiry

I submitted in may and all were accepted in july except one they asked to resubmit.which I resubmit they next day(mid July). waiting for dq

my 2 daughter case is at nvc i paid all the fees and summit all the documents. how long does it take for them to get their interview date i submit from june

If you have, the wait time for interview is based on the embassy where they well be interviewed.

no it say paid complete and summit

oh okay will first they have to review your documents which should be soon probably within the next two weeks or sooner. Then they will will either RFE or DQ you.

From there it depends on how backlog the embassy where your daughters will be interviewed is which will determine interview date.

I didn't receive a DQ letter. I got a message when I checked online.

yes , but only ds260 submitted our online, others send by fedex.
