Any June 2023 Approvals?
I know it's only been 11 months waiting but I am getting anxious. I have applied for an i130 for my spouse but from abroad as we live together abroad. I am returning to the States for a job opportunity in 2 months and am nervous about the time apart. Any one else had approval yet for an i130 for a spouse, application in June 2023? I need hope it can happen soon.

2022 or 2023? 130s are taking about 12-12.5 months generally (used to be 11 months).

there was a mass expedite last March. Have you checked your status? How was it?

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

sorry I meant to write June 2023 not 2022. It's been 11 months not a year and 11 months.
