Any July 2025 EB1A / EB-based I-485 filers still waiting for AOS approval? Starting to feel like we’ve been forgotten. 😔
I filed on July 2, 2025. Biometrics completed same month, no RFE, no interview, medicals submitted with filing, priority date current all along, and case has been pending for over 11 months now. Is anyone else from the July 2025 filing group still waiting? If so, what’s your current status and field office? Starting to feel like our cases have been forgotten. #EB1A #EmploymentBased #AOS

@I Z Z Any field office movement ? Having a hard time figuring out what’s taking this long when folks as latest as March 2026 seeing approvals. . If at all anything shouldn’t eb1a be faster ?

@high five I’ve been asking myself this question everyday for the past year and I wish I knew the answer. Unfortunately timelines are WAY too unpredictable. Seeing march 2026 people getting approved kinda makes me feel sad but at the same time I know that there is also people waiting longer than me. It is luck I guess, and we are not among the lucky ones. Also no field office movement here

@I Z Z I know it’s agonizing day by day. Apparently 80 percent of the employment based applications clear within 8-10 months. We seem to be in the remaining 20 percent. I don’t see a lot of updates on Reddit or other platforms about EB approvals from early or mid 2026. Those threads are either deleted or no activity

EB1-B March 2025, current all the time. Still waiting

@m s any field office movement ?
m sJun 7, 2026
@high five it moved from NBC to Baltimore (non-local FO) early April 2026. No news after that so far. Hopefully it will be approved soon.

@I Z Z and @m s are you planning to consider opening a case or congressional inquiry anytime soon ? Unfortunately for us the enhanced background revetting process hit on April 27. Not sure if that is forcing our files to go through another round of security checks
m sJun 11, 2026
@high five I won’t. The website minimum timeline for inquiring is around 18 months after filing. Perhaps filing before that may yield no substantial answer. I’ll keep you posted here in case I have my approval soon.

@high five my lawyer told me to wait longer even though my timeline is already outside normal processing times. They told me that right now is not a good time
