since I am a member of this kind vawa group, saw That I am only person who got 360 approved. But didn’t get EAD card C31 because I didn’t apply for it at beginning of my application. Base on what was wrote on my 360 approval notice.
On July 12 ,2024 , I sent a package to Vermont center for apply ead card c31 , attached a copy of my 360 approval notice , copy of form I-94, copy of pending 485 and letter to explain about my request . I knew that there’s no difference to have it or not , because I have ead card c9 what valid for 5 years .
Does anyone knows uscis will issue an ead card for me basis C31 and how long will take to get that ?
However; I am waiting for to get a decision on my 485 now .

@Hope Hope yes, USCIS should issue your new EAD card because you’re eligible.

does it matter, the fact you already have a ead under c9 category

@Shari : that doesn’t not matter for me , I have it with eligibility of C9 .

no idea, and honesty I wouldn’t apply. you will get your greencard in 2-3 months

@survivor p : I hope so , soon get my Green Card before losing my mind completely.
