@D B @Pal8 X How do you know they have reused your biometrics? Did you got any letter from USCIS confirming biometrics is being re-used. Do you have any active review on the case? if so how long ago?

@Mango 🥭 Yes, I received a notice that biometric will be reused. If you filed online, notice is also posted in your account.

it is not conditional. It is the lawful permanent residence. I am in the process of replacing it because I lost the card but I have been waiting since August 2021 🫡

@Cristina BH I think everyone’s I-90 not moving forward at all. You can get I-551 stamp which is equal to GC. Let me know if you are interested.

@Cristina BH you don’t need to even attend in person. just call uscis and say “Info pass appointment” they will send you new I-551 temporary card.

I received a message from them stating they need proof of my last name change. like marriage certificate or something so I can change it. so if I’m just replacing a lost gc why do I need proof of that? they said cuz my gc has my maiden name and not my marriage name. if I don’t provide the documents on time to them will they still use my maiden name? also can I send the ref on line under documents?
