Any hopes to getting a decision on my I-485 case this year?
EB3 ROW 2024 AOS Timeline:
PD: 31st Oct 2022
1. Packet Received at NBC LB - 29th May 2024
2. Biometric- 14th August 2024
3. EAD and AP combo Card received - 16th September 2024
4. Green card last update (08/22) status- "Case was updated to show biometrics were taken".
Not sure what to expect in October 2024.

your PD 10/31/2022. why didn’t you submit your package from Oct/2023-Jan/2024 when they let submission on Filing date table? could you pls share the reason?

I was out of the country during/till Jan 2024.
I filed again in May 2024.
is it gonna hurt my case? I see that as per the October 2024 bulletin, the "Final action date" is Nov 2023, and the "Date of Filing" is March 2023.
My date of filing is May 2024. Does that mean I am not current in Oct 2024?
