Any hope !
My PD is Feb 2023 since for India it’s not current my attorney filed onEB1 I-140 . After seeing october Bulletin loosing hopes since my max out date is Jan 2025. Are there any other options :-(

is your 140 approved ? if not got for pp and you can extend h1 based on approved 140 without maxout issue

you sure do have hope!!! it is retrogressed now but will bounce back as the port over cases reduces. Also row is current and that means spillovers. but as @r b suggested an approved 140 goes a long way

@r b - Mine is at Texas service center . I-140 still pending approval. My Attorney told no use to go for PP if PD is not current, once current they will file I-485, but the problem in my case is max out out reaching fast :-(

don't worry u should be close with 140 approval.in worst case u can still go for pp but I don't think it's needed

@G C the current filing date is July 2019. it is rare for filing date to change in fiscal year. but again things are so volatile. last year they kept adjusting even filing dates. it is typically assumed that the filling dates become current by end of the year but again lot of factors 😢. so I think Dec 2020 might be next fiscal year. however if uscis did play safe, it can happen towards the end of this fiscal year. on the contrary if things go wrong even the current fiscal FAD may not reach 2019. not being pessimistic, just the fact
