any GC EAD approved from TSC for EB1-3 filed in May 2021
Hi, I filed my EB1-3 GC in May 2021 and waiting for EAD approval. did anyone receive EAD from Texas center filed in May?

@vk, I am on H1B and working with employer who had filed my GC, so EAD is not required for me now. However, lawyer had applied both EAD and travel document along with I-485.

Our application was received on Julu 02, and got a letter saying that our biometric will be reused. The current status is ‘Case is Received’.

hi @vk si. I am a Dec 2020 EB1-3 GC filer at Texas. I’ve still not have bio or EAP/AP yet! This is despite a failed expedite and service request chasers :(. The response is basically you are in a queue, wait your turn! SO HELPFUL

@reeva kumar. I have no idea the hold up on the bio. the latest I got from USCIS was “We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received”

happy to read some updates on the TSC….I am April 1st PD for concurrent filing and bio taken late June. No update from there…..

I am curious to understand why the i140 in some case have been approved in 4-6 months….other nothing

@Jo C did you receive your bio appt? sometimes USCiS may use existing bio prints and do not send for bio once again. hope that helps.

my case is still pending with the same status. holidays approaching faster. they may not process any after a couple of weeks and that means our cases will go into next year.

hi @vk si. I did receive a bio appointment in the mail just a few days ago. it’s on the 13 Dec. it’s a small thing but after all this time a small step in the right direction and I’m doing a little happy dance!!

USCiS EAD processing times are pushed back once again. it’s a never ending story. the state of joblessness continues…
