any experience with using the ombudsman? I got this response today.
The CIS Ombudsman's Office has reviewed your request for case assistance and contacted U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) regarding your I-765- Application for Employment Authorization.
We will notify you when we receive a response from USCIS that addresses your concern. In the event USCIS requests additional time to research, we will follow up with them the following month and provide you with updates as they come available through email.

they are basically acknowledging receipt of your request .They will reach out to uscis and get back to you within 30 days or so . It’s effective so hopefully that pushes them to make a decision on your i765

they submitted my inquiry after about a month of waiting. the first month was waiting for an analyst to be assigned. and now it’s been about another month waiting for uscis response. but they said it should be by tomorrow otherwise they will follow up.
