@Paul Kim , your case at NBC or Local FO?

Two months ago, an Emma agent told me my case was transferred to the Detroit Field Office, but in my recent chats with Emma, I was told it’s still at the NBC.

Filed in Feb, EAD not approved 131-approved (Sept) 485: file transferred from non local FO TO NBC (Sept) COB: india pd 6/2016

@Kevin 123 almost same my case Filed in Jan 2025 Ead approved in last week of may 2025 AP apprvoed 8 days back only 485 moved to FO in March itself pd 5/2016 no other movement

EB1C with receipt Date aug 2024 but still haven’t got any approval for EAD or AP or I485. earlier Emma agent said my case is with Seattle but after sometime other agent mentioned it is again with NBC. not sure what is going on. my PD is Jan 2021
