Any EB1 with IOE09293275 series or 30 Dec 2024 filers here from India?
anyone with EB1 C filed in Dec 2024 for country = India? wanted to be aware what is happening overall so can assess the processing pattern and time? appreciate if such members can post add their comments here?

@Aish N I had submitted biometrics, gotten rfe, submitted rfe response, received EAD Approval and card. waiting for 485 and 131 since last 85 days after my rfe response.

I had my biometrics on Jan 28 but haven’t seen any update on the case yet. Emma said it’s at NBC. No update on 131/765/485 yet :(
