Any EB1-C applicant with PD Apr-2020 (COB: India)
What is your case status? Mine went to CRP on 22-Jan-2025 filed I-485 in Jul 2024. Case processed at NBC (non-local FO @ LA). Per visa bulletin, FAD is current. #485

Wow, Did they run out of visa numbers already? why was it CRP now?

@saurabh gupta it is likely a correlated status to indicate 485J approved but 485 is assigned to different officer to finalize things. it is not related to visa number and yes it is very misleading for us. you should get in 2 months

@saurabh gupta EB1-C applicant here , COB India and PD 12/22/2014. case went to CRP on 10/7 after biometrics and no activity after that. case is still in NBC . not sure why no progress after 5 month of application.
