tess b yes fingerprint applied on my case in February and there is no updates since then. they are working on cases from june 1 2020 as today. we applied in nov 2020. probably another 5 more months, we gonna wait

there is a rumor that TSC has been designated to take care of Afgan refugees… their priority is on Afgan ppl until Feb 2022.

@tess b my receipt date is 05.22.2020. My i-140 was approved in March 2021, I submitted medicals on 08.31.2021, since then nothing. Last week my attorneys submitted an inquiry since it’s outside normal processing time.

For 485 they are working on June 2020. however these dates have changed in the past randomly. that being said, tomorrow they can pust it back to 2018 or smt. nobody knows.but if nothing changes, at least i can send inquiry in 5 months lol 😂

@Eda Eda they updated that processing time las week, I hope they are accurate 🤞🏼

this table does not tell you which month they are processing. it just tells you that if your receipt date is earlier than the date they posted you can submit an SR for outside normal processing times. Nowhere does it explicitly say that they are working on June 2020 cases. There is no way to accurately tell this. The processing depends on soo much factors: visa availability, backlogg, officer, the center in question, background checks, etc. Don’t mistake that just because it says June 2020 that they are working on those cases. not to mention they are changing and pushing back the dates and times every month.
