Any downgrades from eb2-eb3 from oct 2020?
Dear Lawfully family,
did anyone downgrade back in October 2020 from eb2 to eb3 and if so anyone has their I-140 approved. my application was received by Nebraska center on October 29th. Thank you!

i did downgrade from eb2 to eb3 got my I40 approved in premium, currently submitted Medical RFE and waitin on the decision.

they rejected saying that the file for processing has been requested in may and i refiled in june

my I-140 as well in PENDING since Nov 3rd 2020.. downgrade to EB3(amendment).. still waiting 🤞
