my case is actively reviewing since August 6, 2021, so I submitted case inquiry (out of processing time), they then sent me a mail saying that my case is on hold because I didn't reply to the RFE sent in August 26, which I didn't receive of course and my case status didn't change or show that I have pending RFE.

I don't think they're really working on August cases. I filed in October 2021 and I'm planning to also do a case inquiry as soon as possible, but i also think they won't react
