I have 4 weeks processing time till case gets approved

my husband's i130 was at Potomac and approved at 369 days, hang in there!

@qais alkhazali my processing time shows estimated 3 weeks till case approval and I even showed it to my attorney and he said that that’s showing correctly and after that I’ll get approved

@Saba T where you check processing time?

My is 19 May 2022 at Potomac still waiting and I don’t have access to uscis website because my uscis online code has expired please any help?

@avi k sign into the USCIS website and click on to case status it’ll give you other choices like documents and processing time

@Saba T , also, that countdown tracker is not accurate. I watched it count from 6 months to 5, 4, 3, 2, then 4 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 weeks, one week to then just say it's taking longer than expected. You also cannot make an inquiry to USCIS until 3 months and 1 day past your PD

@Lauren Barton I showed it to my attorney and he said that that’s accurate and that I’ll hopefully get the approval after that

@Saba T all I'm saying is based on what myself and almost anyone else you ask that's going through this journey has experienced with the "estimated time til approval ' tool on USCIS site, and that is that it is not reliable. Potomac is taking over a year, you're almost there so just hang in there!

@Saba T your attorney says it's accurate because you're still well within what's considered normal processing times, so in that sense your attorney is correct, it is accurate. The USCIS estimate tool is not so accurate unfortunately.
