How long your Vawa is approved? I got approved Dec 2022, scheduled interview July 25th I have an upcoming interview

@VAWA A I was approved in July 27 and got approved notice sent alongside my EAD from uscis

if you check the website, they have also informed you thAt if you don’t get your notice by a stated date, u should call or follow up through their website. I think that’s what u should do.

@Kenn . my i360 was approved 1.5 years ago, and my c09 was approved on 06/2023, medical was sent in with my i485 and work permit on 09/2022

@Stoosh M Why not do an expedite request? through congressman, ombudsman or senator

@Kenn . my attorney say it’s still in processing time, I used the senator to get my work permit

@Stoosh M How long it took your Vawa to get approved because sometimes if Vawa approved earlier or faster like mines it takes time processing i485

@Kenn . it took 1.5 -2 years
