@mount laurel New Jersey it is really hard to get waiver. but I can only provide material as much as possible. plus the case was happened in 1995. couldn’t find many records from that time.

well I haven’t been convicted my case is pending

@ponpon baggio if you can’t find the records get a certificate paper from the police department and court stating they can’t find it. thets what my husband got and an email from them that says they can’t find it.

I dint receive EAD and this is my second filling after first denial in 2020. refiled again with experienced lawyer in 2022 January. send noid and replied them everything. my case is actively reviseed about to be schedule for interview. May God help us all. we are all in prayers. what God cannot do does not exists. amen

they keep saying security checks and cause my 130 wasn’t prima facie approved

but I thought once you have pending i485 that’s fine with EAD

but 485 is based on 130 too

@ponpon baggio @mount laurel New Jersey the reason why he didn’t get the EAD is cos of is 130 same thing happens to me. I only got EAD when i first file in 2018 before my case was denied. but my new filling in 2022 they dint send me any EAD neither AP. my lawyer said is because my husband 130. I received a noid in January 2023 which we replied in June. it’s about 7-8 months now. actively review and on my husband online progress show 4months. but I know God will show up before that. because what God cannot do does not exists. immigration protocols and laws shall be broken for our sake, because the lord said let my people Go. we will all carry our evidence with Gods mercy. our wait is over no more delay and denial. amen

@ponpon baggio yes I did. the lawyer I used them don’t know anything about AWA. so USCIS response on everything then was fast to deny, because paper work and evidences we submitted then was small. but this time it’s taking time, the lord has shown up and his mercies will prevail over all immigration cases that seems to be difficult. I know it will end in praise. am very certain. it’s going to be a joyful sound this February. I believe in God. the wait is over. all I can do now is to pray what God cannot do does not exists. amen. my family is hurting.

@ponpon baggio you are free to ask any questions. we are here to help each other, I got am information yesterday by a friend. he said I should ask my attorney to write USCIS to make a decision on my case cos it’s taking too long. it probably going to be in court and if it’s taken to court in front of a judge, it’s probability the judge approve my case, with lots of evidence to demonstrate my husband is not a threat. in that case, i nd my husband will be present I front of a judge too. with prayer God will show is mercy.I have not had time to talk to my attorney about it. so am not sure if it’s a good idea or I should wait till I hear from USCIS. my husband online case progress shows 3 months. I Blve I will hear from USCIS soon with a positive answer. what God cannot do does not exists. I rebuke nd reverse every immigration negativity in my finance. I won’t spend my money on this case again. Amen

I hope that at least we get an opportunity for interview before they make the decision. but I am preparing for appealing. our case is a little bit complicated because when the case happened my spouse only plea guilty for combining the other case. at that time the attorney told him if he didn’t plea guilty, he would have longer prison time. that’s how he plea guilty for the AWA case.

@ponpon baggio I am actually not praying for any interview. all my prayer requests from God is an Approval without any interview or RFE. I have waited so long, the time is here, the most high has reversed all Adam Walsh act processes on our cases to our green card Approval. what God cannot do doesn’t not exists. amen. let’s just keep praying am sure we will laugh in the end. not trying to think about any negativity again. says the lord. amen

@ponpon baggio my husband pleaded guilty too. same thing his attorney told him if he doesn’t please guilty it’s a long term. but he was naive at the time. but anyways that’s the past. let’s focus on the present nd wait for God’s mercies over our cases. it is well
