@Vernon Lite Your case is taking too long. Might be an indicator that something is wrong. You need to start bugging them and your congressman and then consider filing a writ of mandamus.

I called them 2 weeks ago they told me it’s within the processing time. I argued with the agent and somehow the call dropped

I have seen a lot ppl in the same page, also I’m in the same situation 600 days, it’s looks lifelike.

@Vernon Lite There’s no reason why an I-485 should be pending for 500 days unless something is wrong. You should consider filing a writ of mandamus.

1-485 are actually delayed the most, just my guess. It’s about 1048days since I filled. It will be 3 years in Jan….I am very disappointed in USCIS…I had the interview in November after bagging them for the delay, I have heard nothing since. Try your luck but they take their precious time depending on specific cases

@Mmmm gggg in the same boat on both my i-130 and i-485 already had my congressman on it they said waiting for a interview to be scheduled. another 8 days will make 3years it ridiculous

@K Grant @roby nurdin that’s horrible to hear. submit an inquiry every after 30 days of not hearing from them. That’s how I got to have my interview. Now I am back to actively reviewing without a proper timeline…
