Anual limit for EB1 and EB3 Reached
Looks like both categories are unavailable for FY2024. Do you think we will more approvals in EB2, or it is also around the limit, just few days away.
PS: it’s good news that they used all visas.

@immu s Yes USCIS website clearly states EB1 and EB3 are over. EB2 matter of few days

visas are released by department of state on a regular basis to uscis. This message only means that all the visas for this year have been released by department of state, uscis still has to process them. so don’t lose hope if you are very close to the end of process

%7 country limit is the problem for the EB2. Meanly, except china and india; the others did not finish the EB2 quote yet, which makes sense...
