@the three time AR lost hoper 50 months on I-130. 24 months on I-485. My lawyer is sending them an inquiry today. Hopefully they respond 🙃

actually I just checked again and I-130 is showing 28 months now and I-485 15 months

ooooh much better, I130 should use your fo processing coz most of the cases they process your 130,485 together if they are both at your fo, I believe your approval is on the way!

@B P Omg is that your Aussie on your profile pic? I have one too!! the absolute best dogs!! anyways, my interview went fine. the officer made comments about my husband and I not having enough joint accounts (I didn’t get my EAD card in hand until the day before my interview so it was impossible for us to have joint accounts) I tried to show as much evidence as I could. She also seemed surprised upon finding out that I was out of status (I came here when I was 12 so nothing I could do about that either. Not sure why she didn’t know that already). other than that she was really nice and the interview didn’t feel like an interview at all. Most of her questions were directed towards my husbands! the only questions I was asked were the ones from the application. she also said her system was down at the start of the interview (this seems to be a common thing. I’ve noticed other applicants say that about their interview as well)

@the three time AR lost hoper our interview was one of the first ones that day and she probably didn’t realize their internet was down until after we were in her office 😅 it’s interesting how common that is tho 😳
