hello
I want who ever waiting on ankra US embassy to join this. I want to get idea what’s going on? ans can we do a petition or talk to lawyers. I know on Google says we can sue and make them go faster.

I put ankara as my embassy i am from iraq my i-130 its still being actively reviewed but those who have their cases approved how long is taking you ?? for both uscis and nvc ??

@Ahmed Pedayi for Uscis depends, for me took me 15 months that’s when they said it will take 15 months. now says takes 16.5 months. but I seen people getting approved for year some little over year.
NVC take from month to 2 for them to emailed you.
but the ankra embassy there are a lot of story’s, we don’t know yet. some say takes them 6 months, some says 2 months.
where are you in the process

well my case still hasn’t been approved by uscis going on six months now but i was just asking for reference my case is at texas service center which is estimated to be about 13 months I filled November 25 2022 counselor processing for a US citizen spouse

@la la uscis took 9,5 months and nvc took 45 days as well
it’s faster for turk citizens it takes about 2-3 months for them but for another nationalities I’ve heard it takes more(15-24 months) but I’m not sure about it. the thing that I know is some guys who are waiting for interviews since aug 22 which is 9 months untill now…
