you can file mandamus anytime you want but to be honest you are way to early for the meaning that they may used that to dissmis the suit or they can ask the judge for more time I can suggest you to wait at least after the 12 months but your sweet spot it’s around 14 to 16 months. right now processing times are about 22 months for processing so suing at 10 months it’s probably a dismissal remember this admin it’s not your friend neither mine !!!

Filing a lawsuit against USCIS after only ten months would actually undermine conditions that are favorable to you, especially under the current Trump administration environment.

I applied when it’s 19-20 months 10 months it’s nothing. I know it’s frustrating but it’s time .

as you told me before you applied your GC after 6month when you got granted start counting your days after one year granted I don’t matter when you applied don’t make huge mistake that can cause you to lose you benefits i got granted December 2023 i applied my GC at the end of November2024 and still waiting. be smart at this time and i will recommend you to wait until even this admin gone
