almost a week left to new fiscal year and i dont see any sign of VB
USCIS always surprises me with their work. Is it always like this or what. Immigration process is no joke. some have a smooth transition while other have to have a tons and tonssss of patience. i am almost out of my patience 😬 how y’all are dealing with it!?

I totally understand your frustration. I’ve been checking the Visa Bulletin website three times a day like crazy 😅, and I feel overwhelmed and frustrated too. But I try to remind myself that this is out of my control and I just need to be patient. I’m tired of waiting too because I started my EB-3 unskilled process in 2021, and I’m still waiting and hoping for my priority date to become current. I completely understand how you feel, and I hope we all get our green cards soon! 🤞🏻

I am sure it will be aroun 3 or for months the uscis is approving a lot ov cases this month and at the end of this mont will be between 2000 to 2500 mor cases approved in September so be patient and resilient I am 100% sure your time arrive be positive people you all are almost there

they 75 countries pause if lifted, now there is a global training, if the training is almost done, that might be a reason for delay just like waiting for the court order and then release the bulletin right after the court order was announced.

@karo s I heard the judge has asked the plaintiffs to file opposition arguments against the Stay Request from the government. On Friday, the judge might make a ruling on the Stay.

we won't see the bulletin before Friday its,either Friday or next week. there are 43,000 cases that were denied so dont expect much movement

yes the govt want stay. probably if the judge gives the decision, bulletin will come afterwards. lets see what happens.
