got a email saying my husband wasn't eligible for us visa but could apply for I 601 waiver we did 2 years ago whats going on.

what’s your priority date. it takes 18 months to approve I-601. they’re currently on September, October and November

@Erica McCarty Alvarez what is your filing date? I did mine almost 2 yrs ago, April 30, I have m seen cases being approved before and after but none from April 😭, also is your husband inside or outside the country?

02-28-2018 we first started and his I 601 was received 08-23-2021 he is in el salvador
