ALMOST 10 months still no bio, is this normal ?
almost 10 months after my employer submitted my i40, i485 and i765 concurrently for me and my husband.. we are yet to receive biometric appointment. just receipt letter, is this normal ?

I’d advice to upgrade i140 to premium. i140 approval without premium could take even more than a year.

I have same visa and same service center and did biometrics in September! I applied on may 2021. I-140 was premium processing! still waiting EAD
