Mine was also transferred from TSC to NBC on April 28.

i am not sure about how long you have to wait. but that was my case. yes my 485 transferred to nbc and 765 was in src

@Wally Bar for the primary applicant medicals were sent back in November 2021 after receiving a courtsey letter (not rfe) while the dependents interfiled in March.

@shishi I am on the same processing as well pd 2019 March but still on wait.I guess they’re really not working like they said or they suppose to work really.nobody has received any good news on eb3 3 yet from 2019 so far.

@A G were you affected by the retrogression? the cut off date is some time in 2019. I hope at least now they’ll focus on older cases and get things moving!! I hope yours gets transferred soon

@shidhi I am in tsc and idk if they’re working on my case as I can’t even inquiry.It’s sucks to be in tsc.my case is current but not sure if it’ll be retrogressed.
