I’m super nervous, and praying for good news this week. Coming up to 1 year August 21, 2022. my husband, of two years, and I have a daughter, that I had to have without him( well, via ft. he was there) last year. I would really like for him to be here by her birthday in November, or New Year. ( wishful thinking) but I have faith. 🙏🏾 #uscitizen

sadly only submitting your I-130 7months ago, I wouldn’t get your hopes up on it being super fast. mine was approved today after just over one year. however the I-130 is nothing more than proof of eligibility. the I-485 is what needs to be filed and approved in order for the Non citizen partner to be able to move here.
