congratulations.. I’m at Brooklyn FO and received the RFE request FEB 13th 2023 and I mailed out my medical RFE 44 days ago but still no update yet .. I have a question for you how long does it take you to got notified that they received your RFE response?

Asalamu aleykum Usman. I received RFE for I-130 this morning. I was wondering what did you send them as supporting document? I.797? or other documents?

@Maria S.D w salam thanks. i sent them wedding photos, traveling tickets boarding passes, letters of support notrized , utility bills, lease agreements.

@Christopher S I called them yesterday to inquire about my RFE and they said I have to wait for 60 business days and after that I can inquire again.. I was thinking about sending another one but the agent on the phone was nice enough and said not to do so because they will start counting the 60 business days from the beginning.. so I’ll wait another 2 weeks and call again .. she recommended to keep the usps tracking number and when I call next time I can provide them with the tracking number to make sure they extend the RFE response time if they want me to resend

that’s reconforting to know
i got an email after they received my medicals that they received it, then another email 3 weeks after that they have taken an action on my case but when I log in, nothing is showing.
did the same happen to you?
